Q: I still haven't received a tracking code. What should I do?

Tracking numbers are usually sent within 1-2 business days. Start by checking your spam or junk folder. If you still don't have tracking details after 48 hours, contact our support team or BuyGoods directly.

Q: My tracking hasn't updated. Is my package still in transit?

Yes. Tracking details often take 24-48 hours to update after the shipping label is created. If nothing changes after 72 hours, contact customer service.

Q: Is it possible to modify my delivery address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Email us right away at [email protected].

Q: The tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package.

Check around your door, ask neighbors, and look at the front desk or mailroom. Sometimes carriers mark a package delivered shortly before it actually arrives. If you can't find it within 24 hours, contact our support team.
